Dual uses for CO need another tank

Our home has been over taken by paintball and I am needing another CO2 tank to refill with, before the kids steal mine off the kegs. I undersand it needs a syphon tube and wondered if any of you might have a better option than Kirk Welding $189 for a 20 lb tank. I have read that I can put in my own syphon tube but am a bit confused about the situation and would appreciate any and all expert opinions.

Rob was selling a 20lb tank not too long ago on the LBG list. You may want to check with him to see if he still has it.
