Brewing this weekend

#1 Post by Greenblood » Tue May 22, 2007 10:32 am

Sean and I will be brewing this weekend (most likely Saturday). We will be brewing up 2, possibly 3 10 gallon batches. As always, members are welcome to come by, drink a few pints and geek on beer. Feel free to give me a call or come on by whenever.

Cheers!

I am so there... are you supplying the beer, or do I have to bring my own?

I got plenty on tap, but always enjoy endulging in your wonderfully crafted libations. The choice is yours.

In the fridge:
"Jack the RIPA" - Rye IPA
"Snaggletooth Bitter" - English Bitter
"The Nothing" - Oaty Stout
"Tripple Gun" - Amarillo APA
Lemon Grass Rye
Steam
Mead
Cheers!

Mon. is a good day to brew.....Jarrell and I are doing 3 10-15g batches, maybe 4. The 4th depends on how drunk i get.

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

The brew day went well. Knocked out 3 batches with great company all day long.

Kiwit (kiwi Belgian wit)
Pyramid Apricot "clone" (apricot wheat)
American Wheat

A wheaty day. Thanks to all that came out!
Cheers!

Our company stood us up. No problem tho. Sometimes i prefer getting down and dirty brewing w/o being bothered. Get more done that way :dontknow:
