New Belgium La Folie is also on the Missouri side.
Get it quick, it won't last long. I think it is going for $14.99 a 750ml.
Makes the Goose Island Bourbon County look affordable!

For those that do not know, GI BCS is something like $20 /4pack.

Worth every penny IMO. An amazing beer. Like drinking chocolate cake.
You'll pay more for a beer at Arrowhead!

I tried the DIPA and the Triple. Thought they were both fine beers. The triple was a little muted, but overall, well put together.

The DIPA had a good nose, not too hot, and was quite good.

I had the Quad. At first sip the beer seemed small. Its not at 10%. I drank it while paired w/some chicken. The big, caramel, plumb notes then started popping out at room temp. along w/ a nose of alcohol. Not bad, id drink a few more....i want the IIpA and Saison!

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

I stopped and picked these up on thanksgiving (except the saison). My favorite (of course) is the dipa. I think that it is very good, though I would have made it bigger, MORE EVERYTHING!!
The triple (trippel?) was not cloyingly sweet like so many of these are. And the bubblegum flavor was minimal. So I liked it. It is probably not to style though since I usually don't like Trippells that are to style.
The Quad was raissony and plumy and very tasty I thought it seemed pretty big. Could feel a nice warm alcohol sensation in my chest. Maybe not 10 percent, but close.
I would prefer that Boulevard concentrate on hoppy beers, but that is just me. I think that they did a great job on these, from the nice corked bottles, primative, but creative labels to the actual beer inside. Now if they would just make enough to ship to KS!!
