thanks Chris, I finally got around to updating that link. I've also got a few new ones to add.

The BrewKaiser -- Very informative and a lot of well documented experiments, in a Wiki format.
BrewWiki.com --Self explanatory. Also a very good source of information.

http://media.libsyn.com/media/basicbrew ... -03-06.mp3 MP3 using an Red Oak dowel in a carboy. (White Oak is better). You can blow though Red Oak. Red Oak makes good shingles, White Oak is used for barrels and ships.
