The new Vent Matic Ultra Flow faucets will be avialable again by the end of the month. But, the name has changed to "Shirron Forward Sealing Faucet". Same awsome design, probably will cost more than the Perlicks, but theres no comparison. I own the older VM's and they are top notch, ive also poured from the Perlicks which are great too. But the machining on the VM's (Shirrons) is unbelieveably better. If your interested in the saga of the VM's here a link. http://www.brewboard.com/index.php?showtopic=54131 Interesting stuff.....if your interested in pics of the differences between the 2 faucets, check it out here.. http://forum.northernbrewer.com/viewtop ... tic+faucet

Interesting.........huh?

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

Drama!!! I love my Ventmatic. It is my best friend, but $44.95? They just keep going up! I'll probably still break down and buy them.
