2012 Tastings
March: German Lagers
April: Beers with oak
May: Various Crystal/Caramunich Malt Tasting
June: New/exotic hop tasting
July: Beers made with Honey
Aug: Saisons
Sept: Single Hop(cascade) & Single Malt(maris otter) Beers. I want the guild to bring it on this one!! Make your crystal,toasted,smoked malt or hops, make a barleywine, ipa, or session beer, or just keep it simple.
Oct: Pumpkin Beers
Nov: Sour beers
Dec: no tasting
Jan: Mead

Here is basically the final list for the 2013 Tastings:

February: Chocolate + Beer
March: American Red Ale / Imperial Red
April: Lambics
May: Kölsch with Matt Bechtold
June: Water Adjustment Tasting with Belgian Blond Ale
July: Boulevard Wort Transformation
Aug: Imperial IPA
Sept: Bock Beers
Oct: Black Beers
Nov: Coffee and Beer
Dec: Christmas Party!
Jan: Winter Warmers

If you want to contribute ingredients for a tasting, here is what we need: approximately 1 gallon, 4 quarts, 4 liters, 2 6-packs, 3 4-packs, 5-6 bombers.

You will be reimbursed for the ingredients you contribute.
On-tap: Holy Hop Grenade, Coffee Amber Ale, Coco(a)nut Ale, Cracked Pepper Hibiscus Belgian, Doppelbach, Sidney Portier, American Barleywine

Lagering/Conditioning: Munich Dunkel, AAB Maibock, Brett Rye IPA, Russian Imperial Stout

On-deck: CocoMolé Ale
