I would be interested---what size is that cooler? Would it be big enough to do 13 lbs of grain?

added a couple of crossbars to the middle tubes to prevent some of the channelling. I also found a short piece of soft copper to make sure the manifold sits flat on the bottom.

Built a little table so it would sit flat on the sink and drain into the boil kettle. Going to build a "leg" to go under the wing of the sink to make sure it doesn't flip on me with all the weight.

I like being able to peer in at the water level without opening the big lid.
