BTW, do you have the Wyeast 3763 Roeselare Ale yeast in our bank? If not, I have a fresh smack pack I can bring to the meeting for you to culture.

Yes, I have Roeselare ready to go right now.
I made a Flanders Brown Ale (Eastern) that I fermented mostly with WLP550 (Achouffe) and then finished with Roeselare. Still in the carboys, which I may bottle (cork) instead of going to stainless.
How much Roeselare do you need?

I'm good, Chris. I can grow up what I need from the smack pack. Just wanted to share the fun, in case you didn't have it. Should have known you already had something so pedestrian.
