I(AMY) put new pics in the site gallery of the new mashtun setup. Made a hoppy wheat w/ 50% pale and 50% wht and came out at 87 % eff.24.5 gal pre boil.1.062 OG....... Mash on.....

Wow Shane, it's even prettier with grain in it. That is one ridiculously cool mashtun. Did you end up circulating water through the jacket? Did it hold temp well?
