I liked the seminar a few months back on making your own cleansers and sanitizers. Did the recipes and notes ever get posted? If so, please direct me to the posts, if not, Brick, would you have time to reply here with your notes?
I'm down to my last 1/4 cup of PBW, so this would be a great time to mix up some.

I use 4 parts Sun oxygen cleaner (made in USA) or Oxi Clean (made over seas) with 2 parts TSP.
Sun and Oxi Clean can be had at Walmart.
TSP at Ace Hardware.
Depending on the sludge, 1 to 1.5 tablespoons per gallon container.

What about TSP Substitute? The main ingredient is sodium carbonate.

If you use Oxi-Clean (as I do), consider Oxi-Clean Free. It doesn't have the fragrances (and dyes?) found in the regular version. Of course, it costs a bit more (because they can).
I get Oxi-Clean Free at Target.

Regarding the Oxi-Clean & TSP mix...does anybody have any experience using the mix in a keg/carboy cleaner?
I've found that Oxi-Clean alone in hot water foams up. Not terribly bad, more of a nuisance.
I understand PBW does not foam when used in hot water.
