I recently fabed a new cf chiller. I recently tested it and on the way to the frementer with warm city tap water I was able to get the wort from a full boil to seventy nine degrees in one pass.I can see problems in the winter. But restricting the water flow will tone down over chilling. If anyone is interested hit me up and ill walk you through the details.
