Serving temp for Dopplebock?

Here's the deal, I am drinking and serving this 9% Dopplebock at 65 oF to myself and my stepson. Both of us really enjoy this beer at this temperature. At 2 oz at a time, it is something that you want a refill of. It is beautiful :drunken:

Color is a red/brown with just the slightest sweetness with the alcohol hardly detected.

The beer is low on carbonation, maybe about 2 volumes.

Did this with WLP833 Bock Lager.

What temperature should this beer be served at?

"Cellar temp" is always a recommendation for fermented averages (50-55deg F). That being said, if not in a commercial environment, a little colder is not a bad option (the beer will last\age longer at colder temps), and the end-user can always clasp hands around the glass and enjoy the flavor profile as it develops in correlation to the temp...

Thanks and that is a good point about warming the beer up in ones hands, a Brandy.
