Anybody been brewing during the break? I did a couple small batches all grain on the stove top that were really fun. Plan to do two more full sized batches during the week sometime. What's everybody been up to?

Kegging 5 gal Scotch 80/- tonight. Need to transfer my Cab Sauv sometime this week. Dopplebock is still lagering at a nice 49 deg. If weather is not too bad, hope to brew in my garage on the 31st. Will try a dark Czech - some debittered black malt with Saaz hops or similiar.

I'm in the same boat, unfortunately. Too cold to brew outside, though I have been jonsin' so I'm looking at maybe doing a 5 gal stovetop all-grain with what I've got here -- and Lee's post has only made me want to more. Just need to make sure I've still got all my stove-top bits and bobs. They're around here somewhere. Maybe this weekend.

+1 on all the support for the Wheelers moving back to L-town. :) Will be good to see more of you two.
