Found this place while cruising. 25g bottom clad kettles for $185. They have smaller ones as well. Not sure what shipping would be.

Thanks Andy,
Have one coming to give it a try.
Shipping is about 32 Dollars.
The kettle is drop shipped from the manufacturer.
Have this to mash in:

Bought it at Wal-Mart a few weeks ago for 50 dollars.
Going to turn my SS (large) keggle into a fermenter.

Looks good Chris. I'm sure Dj uses a cooler like that w/a manifold in it and likes it alot.
How big is your other SS Kettle?
I'm going to pull the trigger on a 80qt like the one posted here and use it as a MT. That should match the other two 25g Kettle I use and still keep with a decent mash width:depth ratio. 15g batches seem to be about perfect for me. Switching all my fermenter's, conditioning tanks, and serving vessels to Sanke.

Would love to see your setup when you get it pieced together. It sounds very similar to my future (evil) plans

I don't know where I am heading with all this, but it will be bigger.
The boil kettle that I use now is 32 quart.
I have a Sante with a bottom valve that may be used for a hot liquor tank. Plan on running it electric with a Ranco controller.
I think the fermenter is 15 gallon SS.
Running an open ferment of a Berliner Weiss in the 8 gallon boil kettle now. It looks pretty neat. Fruit flies are my concern but will rack into glass about Thursday.

The one I have doesn't have wheels - flat bottom. If you're fly sparging you
might have a channeling problem where the axle hump is.
I'm pretty sold on the 72 qt coleman.

I have the square Coleman w/ wheels and I have no issue with channeling at all. My efficiencies are in the mid to high 80's with my fly sparge. I believe that the key to any sparge, batch or fly, is time and temp.
Wet, warm and slow

I don't fly sparge.
Just infusion mash, go chase wild women for an hour to one half, drain sugar water, dump in sparge water and drain.
I have come to realize with this method that the wild women have gotten faster every year.

What it really means is more bug infested beers for longer aging for us to enjoy.

My bug beers are almost gone
I have saved you back a bugged Belgian Pale Ale, even put your name on it so that I wouldn't drink it
The bigger paddle and hose may require you to come over and help me

Since I don't have either at the moment.
Ordered another 4 pounds of hops yesterday to go with the other hops!
All in the spirit of more beer

Cool, glad it works! Just stuff I've read, nothing firsthand........

I got the 25 gallon kettle today ($215.92 shipped). It is truly a monster compared to my 8 gallon kettle.
As soon as I opened the box, I thought this looks familiar, so I compared it to the 8 gallon kettle. Exact same company.
The 8 gallon is a great pot.
To read about the same pot go here:

Actually morebeer have their pots spun up and made by a different manufacturer. They also have great in house welding services. I'm guessing the 25 gal pot you sourced is either an update or royal brand? All similar, but made by different companies.
