For Lee:
The starter that I gave you was split equally from the original starter Saturday (1/3rd share). 1/3rd of my starter was placed in a gallon jug with 2 quarts of wort and was on the stir plate for 2 days and then allowed to settle at room temperature. Today is Thursday, so this is how it looks:
This jug could be split again. The saved 1/3rd is in the refrigerator under lock and key

Pretty sure that is a spammer, Chris. The only "bugging" they do is when they post on a forum.
BTW, do you have the Wyeast 3763 Roeselare Ale yeast in our bank? If not, I have a fresh smack pack I can bring to the meeting for you to culture.
