I am making a porter this weekend and I need to step up my starter once, but I only have enough DME on hand for about a 1-liter starter, which is not enough. I need it Thursday or Friday (April 14 or 15).
Will someone please sell or lend me some DME?
I can meet somewhere or just meet at the monthly meeting on April 14.
