Well, Sorry for pic size, ive resized it a few times........
After almost 2 yrs. of following The Falcons Champagne Project and many many discussions with Drewbage and Fletch, and of course after these guys gave us a Magnum of Brut Noir, we have finally gotten a plan togther. The yeast is propping as we speak, and we think we found a place to buy bulk Champagne bottles, around 120 of them. We wanted the bottles to be the same for consisntecy in the rack Snowman has designed. This rack will hold 50 bottles. Each row of 10 can be induividually tilted (riddled) by turning and locking a cog on the outside of the rack. Each rack has a rod running parallel down the center of the shelf to act as a pivot point. So eventually the bottles can be suspended upside down. Building 2 of these racks so the size of them will alow to move them around thru doorways and such. I thought Snowman did a nice job designing these and now its time to start building.....Thoughts and ideas are welcome on the design. Cheers....

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

looks pretty darn cool to me. Even if it is a lot more complicated than a traditional riddling rack. Will we have a lot of control over the angle in which the bottles are inverted?

Sweet. Nice design Jarrell/Andy! Where are the bottles going to be stored?
