LBG Meeting 2005-11-10
Rob opened the meeting
Stephen Hinton, Jeff & Cody Burkholder volunteered to clean up
Props to Stephen, Rob, and Craig for passing the BJCP exam
Rob has judging sheets from the Ren Fest competition
Treasurer's report: "we're doing okay" -- $870.79, with some outstanding monies Craig reminded everyone to turn in T-shirt and keg money
wondering if it's too late for a holiday party Pete says they could host it, but only the weekend of 17 Dec
Marc proposes a scheduled trip to Hays and Liquid Bread might be an overnight trip, as it's a long drive
there's another brewpub in Gread Bend, maybe also Manhattan plus, an occasional homebrew club meeting at Hays State
Rob is thinking maybe a camping trip, to avoid potential liability (trashing hotel rooms?)
Marc will take point on coordination, but is looking for help
Pete announced two upcoming local competitions:
St. Louis (when?)
Kansas City Biermeisters (February 17-18)
we need to remember to host a table/flight
