SEMINAR & TASTING
LBG Member Courtney Servaes, owner of Servaes Brewing, did a presentation and tasting on various ways to do hop additions. She provides samples of T-90 pellots, cryoboost pellots, hop extracts, and discussed ways that a professional brewer or a homebrewer might use them. She also provided for different IPA's that she brewed at Servaes, and how she used some of those products in her recipes.
