ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. Social Brew - Sundays after regular meetings with Jon K. Flexible on style and location.
2. Great Taste of the Midwest - Saturday, August 8, in Madison Wisconsin. Tickets are $70 each, as of the meeting there all tickets are committed of the 15 total allotted tickets. You must pay the club, last day that we received invoice was April 10.
3. LBG Brewfest - We still need volunteers for committee and committee leader positions for the LBG Brewfest on Saturday, September 19. There is a lot of planning required to pull this off at the new location. The new camp has over 20 RV electrical pedestals. 30th Anniversary design is decided. Shirts (pre-order, limited quantities available at the event), glasses, cozies and stickers will be ordered in a combined package through Grandstand (Lynette). Silence of the Hams (Chris) will be doing BBQ again. Signups are available now for kegs and side dishes. Please try to sell tickets so we can increase profit from the event.
$50 tickets, $55 day of, $15 for kids/DD's. You must be a paid member of LBG to donate kegs or get tickets. We sold 65 tickets last year, we need to sell more! Thursday night of Brewfest week is Camp Dale & Pizza Night. No Wednesday camping. $20 to attend on Thursday and camp. Friday night - keg turn-ins, gumbo (Cathy). Bartender signup will be available after most kegs are registered and flights scheduled.
