I just bought one off ebay..

It's exactly what I was looking for for cheap.
Bill bought one also.
Just a heads up.

good price, looks similiar to my American Weigh. It might have 1 feature that i dont care for is that it will lock the weight. Then you gotta wait 10 seconds for it to unlock and take another reading. So, keep adding weight so it wont do this. But its very accurate. I weighed out 1/4 oz. of hops on it, and weighted it against an ounce scale and it was the same. Not bad for a 35# scale.......thanks for the link.........

I have that same American Weigh scale. I'm about to go to work on it with my 3 lb hammer. That lock out drives me nuts.
Thanks for the tip Sean - just ordered one too.

The one I have doesn't lock out, or at least I don't notice it.
So far I have weighed out 3 batches of grains and hops on it, and I really like the detachable faceplate. With a bucket on platform, the face out of the way makes it easier to read.
Hope everyone likes it.

It has a hold feature if you enable it. Worked great right out of the box!
It'll let you do decimal lbs too. 10.5 lbs or 10lbs 8 oz. That helps when I use tastybrew.com to check stuff.
That detachable faceplate is really going to be nice too.
I haven't taken the 3 lb hammer to the American Weigh scale....... yet
