"How To" section

What do you think of a "how to" section being created? Only the moderator could post in this section. That way we can be sure it is good info. If someone wishes to write a "how to" we can put it in there after reviewing it to ensure accurate info is given.
examples:
-Pressure canning wort for starters
-Good sanitization practices
-Counter pressure bottling
-staggered nutrient additions for mead and cider
-Basics of all grain brewing
-anything that we have a seminar over
What do you think peoples?

I think it's a good idea. Not sure how you would moderate it, much less be sure you had good info.
Agreed that the seminar information should be posted in there.

Easy enuff, send a draft to the mod, the mod reviews it and can ask for any changes. Then only the mod can post the final version in the "How to" section......

What an awesome resource that would be. I think the sooner we get started the better!

What do you guys think about setting this up as a wiki? It would be an easily updated database that could easily grow beyond the guild and be a resource for homebrewers everywhere.
Definition of a wiki can be found at this link:

For a list of wiki's that I can install, follow the link below.

Under Wiki, there is a list.
I have installed MediaWiki (the engine behind Wikipedia) before, but it might be over kill. But it is the most supported and developed.
