Southern Tier Hoppe

A new brewery from New York. Available in MO. 22 ounce bottle. Pours is brilliant golden with some rising carbonation. Resinous pure white head. Bright citrus and pine dry hop aroma. Really, can you go wrong with Amarillo and Columbus? I think not.The flavor is a restrained blast of hops, pine, and a slick sweet malty character. Full body, with above average carbonation, and a a long bitter finish. The bottle says 9%. If they could make this beer, but knock it down to say 6 percent, I?d drink it all the time.
