Hey guys,
I came home to a big problem today:
Regulator was reading 0/0.
both of my kegs were flat, but there was beer in the line with the taps closed.
my 10# canister may or may not have gas I will have to verify it tomorrow, It only charged 3 kegs so far.
There was no sign of CO2 vapor at the bottom of my keezer.
It was for sure working yesterday, I had reopened the gas line to one of my kegs. It was reading at 500 on the bottle side, 12 on the keg side.
I'm positive the gas vented to atmosphere, but I do not know what the culprit is. How would I check if one of my keg or regulator safety valves popped? Any other Ideas?

Re: keg co2 problem,
Gotta have a leak somewhere, 10# cylinder will charge a lot of kegs. When you say beer in the line, you mean the tap line, right?
Is your cylinder inside or outside the keezer?
Spray bottle with starsan can find leaks.

Yes, off the tap.

Re: keg co2 problem,
on the back of your regulator is a tiny hole at the bottom. Set the gas at 30# and soap the hole. if you get bubbles...get a new regulator. sorry.

Generally, it is a slow leak around the lid o-ring.
Remove the lid and lube with silicone grease or petroleum jelly. This will allow the o-ring to slide. The o-ring acts more like a gasket when smashed so the lubrication will help the o-ring to act more like a dynamic seal which is what it is supposed to do. Move with differential pressure.
Replace the lid with the o-ring. Turn the regulator up to 30 psi and attach hose to keg. Pressurize the keg to 30 psi and spray with Star-San. Normally, I would recommend soapy water but that would be foul in a beer.
If no leaks, turn the regulator down to the carbonation pressure required, the extra pressure is not a problem. If it leaks with bubbles, repair the leak.
Have Fun!
