ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. 2025 Club Brewing Showdown- The Kansas City Bier Meisters are hosting this year's version of the Beer to Rule Them All Club Competition for Kansas and Missouri homebrewers. The three best British beer style beers from each homebrewing club will be entered and judged. Beers will be delivered to Transport Brewing in Shawnee, Kansas on October 25. Jake, Bill and possibly Ryan will be submitting entries.
2. Brewfest help is always still needed. There is a Brewfest Book available by QR code that details each position requirements and the guideline to set up and run the Brewfest. Information is available on social media for individual members to share. It takes 74 paid tickets to break even. Music budget has been reduced from $3000 to $2200, with a total budget for the Brewfest at $3660. Tickets are now on sale for $55 each.

Brewfest - Saturday, Sept. 27
3. Camp Dale has a $20 donation for an individual camp site. Members can prepay via PayPal, or they can pay on site. Any donations in excess of campground cost roll into donations for Just Food.
4. Brewfest food for Friday is Gumbo provided by Cathy Higbie for $15 per person. Sign up with Cathy in advance.
5. Brewfest food for Saturday is the BBQ lunch provided by Silence of the Hams. Side dishes are provided by members, and the potluck sign up is now available.
6. Logistics updates - The trailer was cleaned out and supplies counted in preparation for the Brewfest. Permits have been submitted with the Army Corps of Engineers. 51 kegs are signed up, along with 3 kegs of soda. Flights are coming, Bartender signups are coming. Entertainment is being finalized by Steve. 52 Tickets have been sold to date, along with 7 Designated Driver Tickets.
7. The reefer truck is back this year, provided by Just Food! There will be a donation QR and a bin for food donations. There will also be a jar for cash donations, and a place to donate food.

Keg Maintenance & Carbonating Your Beer - Check kegs for leaks, replace parts, keg lube, repair loose handles, and have correct gas pressure.
OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS
Rally in the Alley is on Saturday, Oct. 18. This event is sponsored by the American Legion and Missouri Mashers in Parkville, MO. You are welcome to bring a half of a pony keg or more to serve at the event, or by a ticket for $35 ($45 day of) for this homebrew fest. Contact Tim for more info.
