Desert Island Question

So there's a time-honored tradition in virtually every subject known to man: music, literature, art, you name it. The desert island question. So why not brewing?

Imagine you're stranded on a desert island with no hope of rescue. You're set up pretty well for survival, after all, you get to bring your dream brewing rig and a lifetime supply of base malts and any adjuncts you could ever want. (You're going to be very popular on this island. Did you think I'd strand you alone?) BUT, you can only choose one hop variety and one yeast strain. What would they be?

This should be enlightening...

Which island are you looking at? Some Hops grows better than others in different climents and some, not at all.
"No Hops in your beer", would it still be Beer?

Or do we get to pick the Island too?

It's an imaginary island, and growing them is not required. They're magic. They're just there. But you can only pick one...

Well, I prefer a neutral yeast for a clean ferment at cooler temps, so 1056, WLP001 or Safale 04, I'm also a fan of the citrus hops, so I guess Amarillo, since they a good all around hop.

do I get a serving wench?

It's your imaginary island, so sure, why not? I think I'm with you on the 1056, but I'm torn on the hops.
