keg co2 problem,

Hey guys,
I came home to a big problem today:
Regulator was reading 0/0.
both of my kegs were flat, but there was beer in the line with the taps closed.
my 10# canister may or may not have gas I will have to verify it tomorrow, It only charged 3 kegs so far.
There was no sign of CO2 vapor at the bottom of my keezer.
It was for sure working yesterday, I had reopened the gas line to one of my kegs. It was reading at 500 on the bottle side, 12 on the keg side.
I'm positive the gas vented to atmosphere, but I do not know what the culprit is. How would I check if one of my keg or regulator safety valves popped? Any other Ideas?
Outline
CO2 - Reg set at 12 - 4 way manifold - 2 kegs and 2 closed valves
