Galena Hops

Should these be used for bittering ale, and if so would they be compatible with Fuggle and Kent Golding? Thanks for any opinions.

Bittering

Use for: General bittering hops for all beers
Aroma: Strong, clean, balanced bittering
Substitute: Eroica, Northern Brewer, Cluster, Chinook

I have an AIPA bittered with these. I don't like it. Galena has a high coho if I remember. Think Chinook...... I would have to check my notes but I had a stout or porter a while back that had Galena, it was fine as far as I could tell. Dark malts bury it and blend it well to my tastes.

I won't use them again, but that's just me.
