#1 Post by brick » Fri Feb 05, 2010 5:01 pm

23rd street brewery will be having a firkin friday on 02/12/10
At 5pm we will be tapping a firkin of Black Voodoo IPA.
This is a black IPA that comes in at 125 IBUs, featuring belgium chocolate malt along with cluster. chinnook, cascade and simcoe hops.
The rest of the batch will be dry hopped with 5lbs of cascades and available later in Febuary.
I will let you know when it is on tap.

Hope to see ya next Friday

lupulin threshold shift \lu·pu·lin thresh·old shift\ n
1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
