23rd street brewery homebrew beer updated it is on tap now

#1 Post by brick » Wed Sep 01, 2010 5:25 pm

The homebrew contest winning beer, Chuck Ferguson's Belgian Strong Golden Ale will be put on tap Thursday Sept. 2nd in the afternoon sometime. It is on now!!!!

We could not wait to find out if this worked. Success.... The firken is on at 11am Thursday instead. we have tapped a experimental cask fermented firken of IPA. It will be on tap (if the this new method of making a cask beer worked(it worked)) until gone. It got yeasty but we are working to clear it up so maybe on may not be on.

Guess I may be a little hung over at that lunch break! Nothing like a little hair of the dog to set things right. :blackeye:

Hey Rob,

I can be there around 3! Sounds like a good day for the 23-oz. mug special!
