Took a sample of my sour Bam Biere tonight. Granted, it is only a week old and down to 1.004 SG with bugs but I can barely taste the sour from the Lacto.
It may be my hop schedule at 27 IBUs but I have taken the Lacto to 20 IBUs without a problem.
Have to wait it out and see where it goes.
If it doesn't catch stride, may have to give it a shot of Pedio.
