Vinegar

What I propose is taking your left over beer either from the carboy or jug and turning into vinegar either for cooking or salad dressing.

Pretty easy IMO. I thought that growler had been cleaned out........... it wasn't. All I would have had to do was top it off a bit and let it go to town.
