For anyone looking to move to the northwest (southwest Canada) and get serious about brewing, I found this add. Last updated in March, so I dont know if its still for sale, but it makes for some nice day-dreams
SR Brewing Company, one of BC. Largest ubrew's is for sale at the affordable price of $170,000. The 5,000 ft? facility includes a fully operational, custom made "Full Mash," six kettle beer brewing system, large wine fermentation areas............

Doesn't the exchange rate go the other way? I thought the US dollar was now weaker than the Canadian?

the exchange rate is low

but the US dollar is worth more.
($1US = $1.11 CAN / $1CAN = .89US)
used to be as high as 40%
