KCBM Competition

#1 Post by cyburai » Thu Feb 01, 2007 11:18 am

I just talked to Chris at the KCBM.

The deadline for the KCBM competition for entries is Saturday. If you
have an entry or entries, if you can get them to me, I will get them
delivered.

Give me a call if you plan on dropping something off. Be sure to have
your entry fees with ya.

Details..

# The entry fee is $6 per entry. If you submit 5 or more entries under
the same brewer name, the fee is reduced to $5 per entry.
# You must submit THREE (3) 10-16 oz. brown or green crown capped bottles.
# Bottles must be free of labels or other identifying markings.
# A copy of the official bottle label, or a reasonable facsimile
thereof, must be wrapped around each bottle and secured to the bottle
with a rubber band. DO NOT TAPE OR GLUE the label to the bottle.
# A recipe form must be submitted with each entry as well.
Kansas City Bier Meisters' reserves the right to publish recipes with
proper credit given. All forms and fees must accompany the entries.
Feel free to copy the form to make as many as you need.

Update: We have a extension to submit entries up until Friday.

Just a heads up.

I know I am submitting. The more entries the cooler for the club, right!?

Well, i was told the late entry for our club was Wed. 7th, not Fri. the 9th. Glad i called bachus and also a friend who called KCBM Pres. to verify this before i headed to KC to drop entries off. So, you better think twice before heading that way today or the 9th.......
