I recall seeing a post here (with a link) about grain substitutions. Can't seem to find it. Anyone recall where that chart is?
Thank you

Re: grain substitution
Hi Will...
Other than the Tips and Tricks links, I've found a page that shows different names for the same malts across different Maltsters. This may not be exactly what you are looking for, but it will show you the different names that are used for similar style malts.
If this page doesn't reflect what you are looking for you might be better off either asking specifically or by comparing the grain characteristics with other grains and going for similar flavor and lovibond profiles.

Re: grain substitution
I've got several pounds of different styles of Munich, but I'm out of town for quite a while. Wish I could give some to you. Someone may offer some up for give-away or trade.
Thanks!

Re: grain substitution
I have a 20# bag of Munich weighed out that you can either buy/replace or measure out. 10L Great Western Malting Company.
I also have a 55# bag of 4-7L Dingemans that can be measured out of.
PM me if interested.
