Just giving Hatch Plug two suggestions
1. Before you start brewing CLOSE ALL VALVES
2. When finished brewing and flushed OPEN ALL VALVES
Got to get it to basic type training

The only "manual" is that before I can take this bad boy rig from Swagman's Shop is I have to brew with the system in front of the Swagman and his posse. Now talk about intimidating. They will forget more about beer brewing than I will learn in a lifetime!
Once I pass "sea trials" and have the rig at home, we will be having a brew party at my home in Lenexa...brewing, beer, BBQ and more beer...more to follow.
I would like to give a big thanks to Swagman, he has been a good friend while i have been recovering and has taught me a ton. You will not meet a nicer guy and awesome brewer.
Oh by the way, I just love to brew! Can ya tell?

A Swagman trademark.....
Finally met somebody that is more sick than myself. Congrats!!
So, does the posse have a nickname for you yet, or im guessing you have to pass muster before earning your spot and nickname?
Also, whats the speaker behind the bar??
Just call me Andy!

Andy,
I have to "earn" my nickname in the "gentleman's" club, given to me by the DON himself...but i am sure i know what it is going to be...must pass the trial by brew first.
every bar has to have music...
and Devin, there is bourbon, it is on the top self behind the Scotch...

Where did you get your pulleys\sheaves? We have everything to assemble our auto-crusher except those. What speed did you settle on with your set up?
