Breakfast Stout

#1 Post by BourbonDrinker » Wed Jun 25, 2008 10:07 am

Last night I bottled my 5 gallon batch of Breakfast Stout.

After spending over an hour cleaning bottles, sanitizing, racking, and preparing to bottle, my beautiful wife walks in and asks, "What can I help with?"

Looking at the stack of bottles filled and ready for capping I told her she could attach the caps. As she proceeded to cap the bottles I asked her, "What's got you asking to help with brewing now?"

To which she responded, "Well, since I'm joining the brewer's guild with you, I figure I ought to be involoved with home brewing somehow!"

You've gotta love it!

Gosh, I had to start making wine before my wife became interested. Way to go!
