We enjoyed the belgian wit wort from our hydrometer samples so much today that we made coctails with it. The winner: 6 oz wit wort and a shot of gin, one ice cube, gently stirred. What to name the new creation... Wit Wanger? Half Wit?
I've heard of hot scotchies. Has anyone else tried wort as a mixed drink base?
