Wort Stability Tests

#1 Post by Bill » Sun Apr 05, 2009 12:05 pm

This is a great link for testing your post-boil unpitched and pitched wort for contamination. It's based on a Guerrilla Lab Techniques discussion with Louis Bonham at the 2001 National Homebrew Competition. A bit old, but good data none the less.

Once I get back home I will definitely be doing a few rounds of these tests simply to validate my sanitation processes. It is also a great test for those that plan on re-pitching your yeast.

The links below provide the same information, just typed by two different people.

Thanks!
