I'm doing my second batch in the new house. English IPA with bravo, fuggles, and styrian goldings. I'm repitching my WLP007 from last batch, a session bitter (1.042) in order to build it up for the next batch, a big baltic porter. If you thought 1968 flocc'd out heavy you should see the pancake on this thing!!

Hopefully, if my yeast is done, I am doing a Doppelbock to hide out in a corny for a while.

If I have time, I may run by Jensen's and drain his kegs. 8)
Have Fun!

I might do an oatmeal stout, got some stuff to do around the house first.

Our hefe is going into the fermenter as I type, and enjoying a fine lawnmower beer brought by Click cue-- as I pry it from Ellen's hands because she is Bogartian it all. Thanks for stoping by Chris! Always a pleasure to see you and talk beer.

Always an honor to see you all.

Jeff and Clint put together an excellent Belgian Ale that I had today. Too bad that I had to run or I would have put a dent in the keg volume :D

This is what you tried today except with 2565 yeast instead of 029
