Putting the wraps on a great day despite the early and late rain! Started the day making a rub for some wild boar ribs that we wrapped in 4 lbs of smoked bacon and used the same rub on a store-bought ham. Loaded the smoker in the rain, got things all setup and smoking. Friends came over, drank some of the 90 Minute clone Sean and I made and the Hop Stew group brew, picked some fresh snow peas and green peas to go with it along with a few fresh carrots.
Smoked the meat for about 8 hours (taking the store-bought ham to 150°), ate more pork/bacon than any doctor would recommend, drank more than MY doctor would recommend.

Overall, a great day, with great food, great friends and great brews! I love the weekend!
