Thought Id share how I'm force carbing in a Sankey. Makes life easy with the pressure gauge otherwise there is a open port on the tap. Carbing bottom up.

Lupulin Threshold Shift

1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.
4. When a "Double IPA" just is not enough

There is no saturation pressure on your gauge.

Force carbing. Gas isnt hooked up yet. Just a photo op!

so you are going to put a CO2 ball lock connector on the "beer" out on the tap?

10-4 good buddy....add a ball lock beer out connector on top of that for serving.
