My Little Flanders Brown

#1 Post by klickcue » Mon Sep 27, 2010 7:19 pm

Brewed a Flanders Brown yesterday.

Hit it with WLP001, Roeselare and La Roja. It blew the top this morning, which looked like yeast and had blown it's top this afternoon while I was a work (the brown stuff). It is wild, wish it was in glass to watch the action

Jensen, I need to pull some Berliner Weiss for you before it is gone. Good Stuff! The open ferment was successful!
Have Fun!
