Kim and I stopped by to see Dustin and Heather last Sat. Of course we hung out at the brewery. Got a private show and sampled some beers right from the fermenters and some other crazy stuff like Gonzo Oak Aged Brett Porter and some Double Dog!. Thanks guys for hosting us....what a time!

3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.

I'd love a mini version of the mash tun with rakes! Man lots of beers that aren't available here in Kansas. One more reason to visit Colorado... Thanks for posting the pics Andy, and cred to Dustin for show'n one of his own such a good time!
