Thermometers, bulkheads and sight glass needed

Looking for two thermometers and sight glasses for my rig. I need two thermometers and bulkheads to go through the sides of the keg kettles/mash tun. I'd also like to add a sight glass to the HLT.

Andy, I know you showed me a cheap and easy way to do that, and that's probably what I'll do. I just wanted to see if anyone had those kinds of parts lying around collecting dust, before I went to the hardware store. I'd just as soon my money went to a fellow brewer first, if possible.

As for the thermometers... anybody have spare bulkheads and/or thermometers?

Lastly, what's the thought on placement for thermometers in the mash tun? I know to get the most accurate readings, it should probably go into the center of the grain bed, but how much difference would there be putting it UNDER the false bottom in the hot wort, where it can't get banged into when stirring? I see the 2" variety all the time sold just for that reason. So wouldn't a regular long thermometer under the false bottom work just as well? Just a thought I was having and would love the experienced input.
