Is there still a 1/2 gallon available? If so, will one of those Rubbermaid 2 quart jugs be safe for storing it in?

Sorry I have not got back to you Rob. I am going to pass right now. Things are busy right now and I have had to push the brewing to the back burner right now. I will let you know when I am able to get back into it.
