Lupulin Threshold Shift
lupulin threshold shift \lu·pu·lin thresh·old shift\ n
1. When a once extraordinarily hoppy beer now seems pedestrian.
2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.

All right all ready
I got some grain with the help of Shane. There is now a 10 gal batch split and using two yeasts. What a neat experiment in flavor attributes and a good way to propigate two yeast cakes. There is a new barley wine recipe I tried with great results. I think Scotch ale is next.
