how much you want? And why are you letting kegs dry in the first place?

2. The phenomenon a person has when craving more bitterness in beer.
3. The long-term exposure to extremely hoppy beers; if excessive or prolonged, a habitual dependence on hops will occur.

Yeah, I want to know too-- why the heck are you letting the kegs go dry?

I got some grain with the help of Shane. There is now a 10 gal batch split and using two yeasts. What a neat experiment in flavor attributes and a good way to propigate two yeast cakes. There is a new barley wine recipe I tried with great results. I think Scotch ale is next.
